I’m Daniel Pometti, and my intention is to answer the many frequent questions people have about: how to transmit the audio of a drive-in theater inside cars.

In modern drive-in theaters, the audio is transmitted into the car by means of: a standard FM Radio transmitter.
So the car radio must just be tuned to the frequency of the Drive-In and you can hear the film as a normal radio program.


Teko broadcast offers an FM Transmitter Drive In package with everything needed to implement this system.

Of course, we are not in a Drive in, we in our factory, but I will show you how easy it is to test it.

Why use an FM Broadcast Transmitter?
All cars have a Car Radio.
Often the sound of modern cars is a High Fidelity powerful audio with optimum quality.
FM transmission is the most reliable and cheap technology known nowadays.
The quantity of users is unlimited.
The covered area depends exclusively on the power set on the FM Transmitter. Typically, from 200 meters up to 15 km.
Receiving the sound on your own radio guarantees social distance from other spectators.
Using your own car radio is safe, spectators don’t touch anything outside the car and they don't need to be provided with any equipment (in the old Drive-in they used to give you a small radio with loudspeakers to hear the function).
