A deal is believed to be centred around halting the conflict before helping to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and making Iran agree to end its nuclear plans.

The proposed “Islamabad Accords” are being put forward as the solution to end the war in the Middle East, reports Reuters.

Any plan would need to be agreed upon by the end of Monday, a source told the outlet.
