Описание: The Uttar Pradesh government has approved free cashless medical facility (State Health Card) up to ₹5 lakh for about 12 lakh school employees and their dependents, including council teachers, Shikshamitras, instructors and cooks (PM Poshan Yojana).

Key points of the plan:

Eligibility: All teachers, Shiksha Mitra, Instructors, full-time and part-time cooks (PM Poshan Yojana) of Basic Education Council and Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalaya (KGBV) employees are eligible.

Benefits: Cashless treatment up to ₹5 lakh is available in state government and SACHIS affiliated private hospitals.

Application Process:Online registration and e-KYC process has been implemented for this .

How to apply for Cashless Health Card online:

Visitthe official website of Basic Education Department Chief Minister Teacher Cashless Medical Scheme .

Click on the"Apply for Shikshak Cashless Medical Card"option on the dashboard .

Enter the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card and complete the verification throughOTP .

Fill your department, district, block, post and school name carefully.

Select the option to add dependent members and submit the application form.

The application will go to your Block Education Officer (BEO) and Basic Education Officer (BSA) for verification, after final approval the card can be downloaded.
