Описание: Greasing the hips and trying a new flo (at the time). Most of the flow movements are in the moment. That way various parts of the body have to activate and find equilibrium immediately. These are "advanced" movements but the point is to show what the mind and body are capable of. Part of movement is knowing your limitations, no different than a martial artist. Doing these movements with load was a "new" challenge for me.
