The real estate industry is full of Realtors in desperate need of some motivation. Real estate agent success depends on one thing...you!, and your level of motivation.

Wouldn't it be cool if you can stay motivated everyday, all day long without any external factors? Without having to attend real estate events?

Success in real estate depends on your passion for what you do. If you can't stay motivated you're probably doing many things you hate or are forced to do.

The real estate business if filled with coaches telling you the only way to be successful is to pick up the phone, pick a street, and start cold calling. By the way, memorise a dozen scripts and objection handling scripts.

I don't know about you but I don't believe most Realtors got into this business to make cold calls or learn objection handling scripts. They got into it to help home buyers and sellers.

My motivation came when I changed the way I looked at my real estate career. The only way I was going to succeed in real estate was to learn how to attract leads. Not chase them.

Motivation has everything to do with loving what you do on a daily basis. If you find that, you'll never need external motivation for long term success.
