When we change the context, for example, filming, or acting differently, speaking, unusual objects, etc., it affects their behaviour. Equines are very context specific, they are always aware of their surroundings and changes in it and this is especially true for really fearful equines such as Paddy.
Whenever we film, we need to lower our criteria in that session and do less and ask for less.
That's what I'm doing in the video.
I use subtitles to explain what's happening and what I'm doing in the video.
Let their behaviour dictate what we do next.
