Incoloy 800 H is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with the same basic composition as Incoloy 800, but with significantly improved creep rupture strength. This increased strength is achieved through carefully controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium content, combined with a high-temperature annealing process.

Typical applications for this alloy include cracking furnaces for ethylene pyrolysis and other components in corrosive environments.

Lork Group offers round bars, sheets, and plates with diameters ranging from ¾ inch to 6 inches. Incoloy 800 H material can be supplied in any length, cut to order, or machined to customer specifications. Machining options include drilling, tapping, milling, CNC shaping, turning, threading, and flanges.
