Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant future—it’s shaping our present. While AI offers immense opportunities, it also brings serious threats: cyber warfare, data breaches, AI-driven surveillance, and deepfakes.
India suffered 79 million cyberattacks in 2023 alone, targeting critical infrastructure, from AIIMS Delhi to defense networks. We cannot afford to let technology become our vulnerability.
I fully support the Council for Future Affairs but strongly advocate for a dedicated National Security Sub-Body to safeguard India’s digital and physical frontiers. It’s time to regulate AI, protect our sovereignty, and harness technology as our shield.
