Ankit, a colleague, was the first to find the corpse. No limbs and charred remains. 20-year-old Dilbar Negi's older brother Devender has come from Uttarakhand to take home the body and fight for justice. Dilbar had come to Delhi for a job only a few months ago.
We also hear from Sazeb, the brother of Shahnawaz who has been booked for the murder. Shahnawaz's shop is right opposite Dilbar's building where he was murdered. His shop and home are now in ruins. His brother says his family fled from their Shiv Vihar home during the riots and they are being unjustly framed for the need of a scapegoat.
