We thank You that rest is available to us, not as a luxury, but as a gift of grace. We ask that You would fill every weary heart in this room with Your peace. Renew our spirits. Remind us that You are our rest, our strength, and our refuge. Help us to slow down, to pause, and to remember that when we feel weak, that's when Your power works best in us. Help us to trust You more than we trust our own effort. We surrender to You the exhaustion, the worry, the pressure, and the burden we've been carrying. Take what we cannot carry and help us to rest in You. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.
