You need to beat Cynthia twenty times to unlock this. In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl you can rematch her endlessly. After the first rematch she levels into the 70s and swaps Gastrodon for Togekiss.
Do it again after catching Heatran in Stark Mountain and she powers into the 80s, replacing Roserade with Porygon-Z for a truly monstrous team. Each win against this final squad earns a Champion Sticker. Collect 20 and you guarantee a maximum Visual score in Super Contests, making perfect runs a breeze.
