How to Win the Kayran Boss Fight

Follow the instructions on the video: Place Yrden signs to "trap" Kayran's tentacles. Hit the "red spot" to cut the tentacle. Repeat three times. QTE. Hide behind the rock. Run up the ramp on left.

The Kayran fight in the Witcher 2 is a boss fight with several phases. The fight isn't hard to win if you know what to do, but in can be very frustrating before you get it. This video shows you exactly how to win the Kayran fight and how to get through each phase in the boss fight.

I made this tutorial after my let's play of The Witcher 2 to help those who get stuck on the Kayran (In my blind let's play, it took me about 30 attempts to get through the battle with hard difficulty).

Difficulty: Hard. Played, recorded and uploaded on PC, ultra graphics, max settings, no ubersampling and 1920x1080 for full HD 1080p video.
