Ingredients:
Filling:
1/2 kg ground beef
1 cup rice
2 diced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced or diced
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1-2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
Baking Sauce:
3 cups water
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp of each: Paprika, pepper, salt
Optional:
Sliced tomatoes, potatoes and garlic in the baking tray
Note:
Place in the oven for about 1 to 2 hrs, on highest heat. (depends on the oven)
