Bee propolis has unique potential health benefits. Propolis is also called bee blue. It’s a natural resin that many cultures have used for centuries for its health benefits. It’s made up of bee saliva along with plant parts that the bee collects, and is found at the entrance to the hive as protection against foreign invaders.

A lot of research has been done in the lab, showing the potential benefits of propolis. It’s antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-tumor.
