Описание: Our names are Jackson Hinkle and Jake Rybczyk, and we are running for San Clemente City Council. We’ve both had the privilege of growing up in this beautiful town, and in this community we’ve seen a spirit unlike anywhere else. The shared values of love for our home and for our neighbors transcend party, class, and cultural divides and can be felt everywhere around us. Our mantle is that of the community — to secure the economic and social dignity of every citizen.

With the support of Democratic Party of Orange County, Kevin De León (Candidate for U.S. Senate), and San Clemente Green, we hope to be a new voice for the residents of our community — specifically one that rallies a functioning democracy for all members of our community. We will strive to protect our town from toll roads and the TCA, ensure the safe storage of nuclear waste away from our coastline, transition San Clemente to a sustainable future by bringing low-cost, clean energy options to residents, expand affordable housing to end poverty and homelessness, and fight for emergency medical services.

Not a single corporate dollar finances our campaigns. We want to be beholden to no one except San Clemente citizens; in fact, many of our positions are in direct opposition to special interests. You can trust that our opinions are our own, and that our actions in office will be, too. We will exercise bold innovation to create prosperity, peace, and health for every resident and help our community shine even brighter.
