This whole animation happened because I wanted to turn the 'umbreoff' meme into something bigger O-0 btw, the Arbok is not shiny - there are small variations of Arbok's markings throughout generations, and I wanted to create my own. My design looks pretty dumb, but I hope you like it anyways!
