1. Review your old journal and make sure the index is where you like it.
2. Grab your new journal an transfer any important lists from your old journal
3. Choose an index page for your new journal.
4. And start writing!

On key take away from my journal setup is that I use a date in the upper corner of every page. This date works like a page number in my index. It's more like "close enough" because I have found that knowing the exact page is not necessary. 🤷‍♂️
