New Orleans is shut down as this historic winter storm continues to dump snow over the area. Fire and police can be seen out assisting on wrecks. All interstates across the region are shut down due to snow. People can be seen out walking in near whiteout/ blizzard conditions. Nasty conditions can be seen over Lake Pontchartrain this evening.
