Roller skater jump workout on stairs. 3 exercises to improve strength, balance and timing for all kind of skaters. Crossover imitation work.
I usually do 2-3 sets of 8 minutes work, doing 5 step for jumps, and 10 steps for crossover, starting on every 20 seconds. 3 minutes set rest.
