(http://www.heezenbv.nl). The new Dehaco / MBI 15,2 tons SH 1500R Eagle III scrap shear is direct mounted on the main boom of the Cat 374F demolition excavator of M. Heezen. It is working on a big industrial demolition where big steel construtions have to be demolished and big amounts of steel needs to be cutted in smal pieces for optimal recycling.

The new Dehaco / MBI SH scrap shear has a total weight of ca. 15 ton. It can be direct mounted on the stick of a demolition excavator in the weight class of 120-170 ton or direct mounted on the main boom of a 80-110 tons excavtor. It has a length of 4,8 meter. The new range Dehaco / MBI Eagle III scrap shears are complete new developped and have a new design. It resulst in 30% more cutting force by using a bigger cylinder with new speed valve. So it results in 20% faster cycle times and more production. Also maintenance is much more easier of the scrap shear and reduces downtime.

The maximum cutting force on the point is 4.025 kN. Inside in the jaw is the maximum cutting force 18.243 kN. The maximum opening is 1.100 mm. and the maximum depth of the scrap shear is also 1.100. The maximum working pressure is 320-380 bar. For opening and closing of the scrap shear, it requires 800-100 L./min. This is 60-75 L./min. for rotating. Opening of the shear takes 6.5 seconds and closing 3,5 seconds.
