I am a Pakistani citizen and currently hold a permanent residence card issued by Greece. At present, I am living in Sweden, where my family members hold permanent residence cards of Sweden. I am now planning to move to Germany in order to take up employment and establish my residence there. My intention is to legally transfer my stay to Germany based on a job offer and to apply for the appropriate German residence permit in accordance with German immigration regulations.

After relocating to Germany and starting my employment, I plan to apply for a German residence permit through the local immigration authority (Ausländerbehörde). I understand that my Greek permanent residence card does not automatically grant me the right to live or work in Germany, so I will follow the required national procedures, including residence registration, submission of an employment contract, proof of accommodation, health insurance, and other supporting documents required for a change of residence status.

Once my legal residence in Germany is established, I would like to apply for family reunification so that my family can join me in Germany. I understand that this process depends on meeting specific requirements, such as sufficient income, adequate housing, and valid residence status. I am committed to fulfilling all legal conditions to ensure a smooth transition for myself and my family and to fully integrate into life and employment in Germany.
