Basic Overview of Freeze Drying using Shredded Cheese I 5 Dog Farm

Описание: Ok kids. This is a long one. It seems I have found a passion other than sewing. It's freeze drying! I'm in love with this new way to preserve food & want to share all I am learning with you. SO, let's start with something inexpensive & easy. Shredded cheese! In this overview, I'll go into some basics of what I do to keep my machine running, cleaning, tools I use & general reasons why I don't use the defrost setting & won't "cheat" the machine.
