Eiscue is actually broken in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet National Dex because it can use both Hail and Snowscape! Making it ALWAYS get Ice Face, allowing you to easily beat physical attackers. I had to get blunder on this video. Check him out:    / thunderblunder777
