I've started work on a symphonic poem inspired by the art of Sam Carr's 'Eternal Ruins'. When I first saw Sam's artwork, I immediately fell in love with the style and aesthetic.
The Eternal Ruins are ancient, somewhat reclaimed by nature, full of spirits and demons and all the magical vibes that I love in art and fantasy. Sam's artwork is beautiful, it feels Ghibli-esque, and the world Sam is creating is very captivating. I highly recommend checking out his 'Eternal Ruins' if this sounds like your sort of thing.
Just in case I need a disclaimer: This is just an appreciation post- I'm not affiliated with Sam or his Eternal Ruins project- I'm just very inspired by his work and it inspired me to make some creative work of my own.
