The 12th Annual Outlook for M&A event took place on Monday, 24 January 2022 and included a panel discussion and audience debate.
The event, introduced by Professor Scott Moeller, Director and Founder of the M&A Research Centre, joined the Business School after a long career in corporate finance and M&A with both Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
This year’s expert panel was chaired by Susan Kilsby, Advisory Board Chairman of the M&A Research Centre and former chair of Shire Pharmaceuticals. Susan was joined by four experts from the industry, including Ardian, Credit Suisse, Mergermarket and SS&C Intralinks.
