Letter of Intent Deadline: Monday, October 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM

1. Read through the RFA thoroughly
2. Register for the Annual Pilot Program Technical Webinar
3. Schedule a consultation through SPARC with the CTSC Pilot Program team
4. Develop and submit your Letter of Intent (LOI)

a. Create Project ID in SPARC
b. Submit LOI in InfoReady
