Demonstration of fast switching using 3 ExiGo pumps. Learn how to easily control 3 ExiGo pumps producing a step perfusion program with repeated duty cycles every 2 seconds. Liquid samples included in this demonstration are solutions containing microparticles.
ExiGo is a microfluidic syringe pump controlled by an iPad mini. 4-channels or pumps may be controlled independently by one iPad mini. LabView and API options for PC control are also available. In this demonstration, 2 ExiGo pumps are used with flow sensors to control multilaminar flow of liquids in a biochip. Key features of this pump include volumetric flow rates of 0.0725pL/min - 20mL/min. Continuous pulse-free flow rates with sensor are 10nL/min - 1mL/min with 250uL glass syringe and 100nL/min - 20mL/min with 5mL plastic syringe. Compatible with standard syringes. The user-friendly iPad mini enables simple programming of flow steps: constant, ramp, step, sine.
