I started a sauce to be completed in roughly a week. It did not turn out that week. 19 months later we finished the sauce. After not knowing if the fermentation was any good. I was surprised beyond belief this was better than i imagined. The Garlic Thai Fermentation had such a robust flavor it is hard to describe at first taste. Incredible is the best I can come up with.
