to quickly calculate the size needed for displaying images on LED panels in real time , you'll need to consider the pixel pitch, resolution, and the aspect ratio.
As you can see below the old way is just the math but this new virtual approach allows you see the results in real time.

1. Determine the pixel pitch: Pixel pitch refers to the distance between each LED pixel on the panel, measured in millimeters. It indicates the density of pixels and affects the visual clarity of the displayed image. The smaller the pixel pitch, the higher the resolution and the closer viewers can stand without seeing individual pixels.
Common pixel pitches range from 1.9mm to 20mm or more.

2. Determine the desired resolution: The resolution is the number of pixels displayed horizontally and vertically on the LED panel. It defines the level of detail in the image. Higher resolutions produce sharper images but require more pixels and, therefore, a larger panel.
