Is Yar's Revenge the greatest game ever? No, not really. But I've always had a soft spot for it because I'm such a big fan of shooters, including on-rails shooters.

I decided I wanted to see if I could play the game in ultrawide resolution, which then turned into using NVIDIA DSR to upscale it to 6880x2880. After a few edits to the app settings file I was able to get the game to cooperate as you see above. Unfortunately, it's still a stretched image, but I don't think it looks that bad at all.

Hopefully there are one or two Yar's Revenge fans out there that might enjoy this video. :p
