Homemade noodles/fresh miki/pancit/lomi is made easier with pasta maker. In just 3 minutes of mixing/kneading, noodles will come out fresh from the machine. This machine is really worth to buy if you love eating pasta or noodles.
Ingredients:
500 g flour = 190 ml liquid
[liquid ingredients]:
2 whole eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp lye water (for a better color & consistency of the noodles)
yellow food folor
water (to fill up)
This recipe can be made by hand or with pasta maker.
Kung gusto nyong gumawa manually, gamit ang inyong kamay, pwede pwede at pareho lang ang measurements ng resipe, basta ang kailangan, mahabang pasensya sa pagmasa ng dough, pag roll at pag cutting. Bago ninyo e fold ang dough for cutting, lagyan nyo ng harina sa loob para hindi dumikit.
