Mango Coconut milk Panna cotta an elegant and refreshing dessert perfect for summer days. It is a wonderful dessert for whenever you have guests. Very easy to make recipe.
' Panna cotta' originally an Italian dessert. The word means ' cooked cream'.
In this recipe the tropical flavour of ripe Mangoes pairs beautifully with richness and creamy texture of coconut milk.
In this video I'll show you step- by- step on how to make the dessert.
Step 1:
Add 250 ml. thick coconut milk (extracted from 3cups of grated coconut and 3/4 cup water) to the Mango pulp made from 2 mangoes. Add 2 tsp. gelatine and sugar. Just heat the mixture. Pour into a mould and refrigerate for 2 hours.( Don't place it in freezer).
Step 2:
Add 200 ml. of fresh cream to 200 ml.of boiled milk. Add gelatine, vanilla essence, and sugar to it. Just heat , don't boil.
Pour this mixture over pre setted Mango pulp mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.(don't place in freezer)
