This webinar, jointly organised by the Pacific Islands Judicial Officers' Association (PIJOA) and the Secretariat for Judicial Well-being, marks the International Day for Judicial Well-being.

Bringing together distinguished judges, judicial leaders, academics and experts from across the Pacific and beyond, the discussion explores why judicial well-being is not merely a matter of individual resilience or self-care, but one of institutional responsibility, judicial culture and ethical conduct.

The panel shares practical experiences and evidence-based insights on creating judicial institutions that better support judges and magistrates while strengthening judicial integrity, independence and the quality of justice.
