How to Overcome Shyness - My Story

Описание: Being shy is something that I have struggled with throughout my entire teenage years. I wanted to film a lil video sharing some advice on how I became more confident and overcame being shy. I want this video to be a reminder to all the shy people out there, that you're not alone- and there is ways that you can overcome your shyness (I promise)!!

I still consider myself a quite and somewhat shy person, although since developing ways to not let my shyness bring me down- I no longer allow it to hinder certain aspects of my life.
