Nicholson Construction approached us for collaboration on a commercial building in Corio, Victoria. We played a key role in the design and construction of two multi-tenant factory and office complexes, including Nicholson Construction’s new office branch. Overcoming challenges, one of which involved designing a lightweight steelwork structure capable of supporting internal firewalls, was successfully achieved through strategic use of limited concrete paneling and meticulous steel detailing.
