Welcome to my easy II V I Minor Pentatonic guitar licks lesson! You'll learn what minor pentatonic scales to use over the minor 2 5 1 chord progression. There will be the ii v i theory explained, so you know what you're doing.

Most people, that are new to jazz, don't know what to play over a minor ii v i cadence. But most know the minor pentatonic already. So why not use it over jazz as well? It gives us great new, modern sounds and a touch of Blues also.

We'll cover the entire fretboard with all 5 jazz minor pentatonic patterns. For each position you'll learn one lick over the entire minor 251.

I've also made the ii v i pentatonic licks guitar tab and backing tracks, so you can play along right away.

I'll explain all the ii v i minor pentatonic licks in detail. You'll learn about Pivot Arpeggios, the use of 4th, rhythmic varioations and many more tricks for a modern sound.
