This morning, as more roads become available the more the destructive power of Hurricane Milton's storm surge is revealed. Manasota Key, Florida was by far the hardest hit. Some homes were completely swept off their foundations, others who were cracked during Helene caved into Hurricane Milton's final blow. Some residents told me a couple of people had just bought their dream retirement home here, and were awaiting to move in to start their retirement. Sadly, that dream is now a nightmare.
