Extension of the Drag Hose Irrigation System for Coffee Plantation

Описание: In this demo video, we showcase the extension and performance of our Drag Hose Irrigation System, designed to efficiently irrigate coffee plantations. Initially, the system was installed to serve a one-acre coffee farm. After observing the system’s effectiveness in improving crop health and reducing manual labor, the farm owner decided to expand its coverage. We then upgraded and extended the system to irrigate an additional two and a half acres, bringing the total irrigated area to 3.5 acres.
The Drag Hose Irrigation System consists of a portable, flexible hose connected to a hydrant and fitted with high-efficiency nozzles or sprinklers. The system is manually dragged across the field, allowing targeted irrigation of specific rows or sections. This method provides uniform water distribution and is especially useful in plantations with uneven terrain or where permanent infrastructure is difficult to install.
