This my cart full twist progression. The first clip you saw was my first attempt on the full twist and the last clip is when I finally landed it. Its a compilation of multiple clips from different timelines in span of years and months. It did not take a few days.
My advice to you:
Start with a cartwheel and build power from it then try to do a pop 360 twist out of the cartwheel once you can feel the power. Then just do it and do it, until you find the courage to slowly flip it into a cart full twist.
