This is by no means a doctrinal study on the subject of suffering and really doesn't address everyday hardships. It's a short encouragement specifically concerning prolonged and severe suffering. It's for those who are wrestling with the question, 'how could a good God allow this to happen to me? Or 'why hasn't this pain ended yet?'
