Worked okay for about six weeks. No longer. Would not fire back up if power cycled off/on or if went into its sleep mode. Would have to wait a couple hours turned off before it would respond on power up. Built in diagnostics seem to work fine. Tried factory reset. No good. Suggestions from tech support have not helped.
Latest Dell tech support idea is to get into setup and turn off monitor sleep mode. But monitor seems to have deteriorated to the point where even leaving unplugged for days and then trying to fire it up fails.
Can't get into built-in diagnostics to turn off sleep mode because unable to get monitor to fire up in the first place. Catch-22.
