Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly announces the arrest of 29-year-old Autumn Bardisa, accused of posing as a registered nurse and treating over 4,400 patients at AdventHealth Palm Coast without a valid license. Authorities say Bardisa used another nurse’s credentials, worked for seven months as if she were licensed, and was only caught during a promotion review. She now faces multiple felony counts of practicing nursing without a license and identity fraud.
