Описание: We have created this video as a way of the whole family getting together and exercising. Come and have fun with us walking and jumping to the farm to collect milk from farmer Adrian.

This can be done on all trampolines, garden trampolines, fitness trampolines or even on the floor.

Children should be supervised at all times when exercising. Remember, it's all about moving your body so there are no wrong or right moves, just enjoy bouncing to our video.
