Best Ever Orange Cupcakes Recipe!
Easiest recipe to make!
Must try out!
Ingredients 🌸
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Orange zest
1 Egg ( room temperature )
3 tbsp Oil
Few drops of vanilla essence
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Milk ( room temperature )
2 tbsp Butter ( melted )
( makes 6 cupcakes )
( half or double the recipe according to your choice )
Take a bowl and add sugar and orange zest , mix slightly with hands for 5 minutes!
Now add egg , vanilla essence and oil!
Mix until sugar gets completely dissolved!
Now add all dry ingredients and mix gently!
Now mix melted butter and milk together and add in mixture!
Mix gently and transfer into mould!
Now bake this at 170C in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
Serve with love and coffee!!
