Mojave Aircraft Carrier Takeoff and Landing

Описание: ​On 15 November 2023, GA-ASI and the UK Royal Navy made aviation history by launching and recovering #MojaveUAS aboard the HMS Prince of Wales.

​Mojave is the first #UAS in its class to take off and land on the flight deck of a naval warship, redefining what’s possible for UAS operating at sea. Equipping UAS with short takeoff and landing capability adds greater versatility, enabling the aircraft to operate in places it previously couldn’t -- including aircraft carriers.

​MQ-9B STOL will be capable of carrying the same payloads and conducting the same missions as the SkyGuardian and SeaGuardian, including maritime surveillance, anti-submarine warfare, airborne early warning, and surface strike.
