Описание: You're invited to a Christmas afternoon tea. Do you love old-fashioned Christmas traditions? In this video, we are hosting an afternoon tea and using our Christmas homemaking skills. An afternoon tea is a fun way to create new Christmas traditions. We do Christmas baking and decorating and enjoy a cozy Christmas afternoon together. I'm so excited to host this afternoon tea party.

Tea Cakes
2 1/2 c sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon almond or other flavoring
1 c sugar
1 egg
Nut halves
1. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together
2. Add almond flavoring to butter, and sugar, 1/4 c at a time, creaming after each addition until fluffy.
3. Beat egg until thick; adding slowly to butter mixture, stirring.
4. Add flour mixture gradually to butter mixture, stirring until blended.
5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Press nut on top of each.
6. Place cakes on baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
