In May this year, residents of Beverly Hills, Evaton West in the Vaal were woken up by a tractor demolishing their houses. The demolished houses and brick walls were from people who bought their stands illegally from Andrew Molifi from Wildebeesfontein Evaton Community Association. Selling illegal stands in Gauteng and in the country is on the rise and it is difficult for people to know the difference between a right person and a scammer.
