Lounge is the unofficial ranking system for Mario Kart World! As this is the preseason, upon signing up for an event, you will compete in a free-for-all with 11 or 23 other players around your skill level.

Depending on your skill level, you'll be in one of the following ranks:
Iron: 0-1999 MMR
Bronze: 2000-3499 MMR
Silver: 3500-4999 MMR
Gold: 5000-6499 MMR
Platinum: 6500-7999 MMR
Sapphire: 8000-9499 MMR
Ruby: 9500-10999 MMR
Diamond: 11000-12499 MMR
Master: 12500-13499 MMR
Grandmaster: 13500+ MMR

Additionally, you have the option of competing in either 12-player or 24-player lobbies. I will predominantly be playing 12-player events, but the option is there!

For the 12-player events, there is a scheduled format rotation, that is as follows:
Event 1 - Free For All
Event 2 - 2v2v2v2v2v2
Event 3 - Free For All
Event 4 - Free For All
Event 5 - 2v2v2v2v2v2
Event 6 - 2v2v2v2v2v2
Event 7 - Free For All
Event 8 - Free For All
Event 9 - 3v3v3v3
And this rotation repeats 24/7! All 24-player events are Free For Alls.
