Capacitor list for the C64 ASSY 250469 REV 3:
1x 1000uF 16V axial
1x 470uF 35V radial
1x 220uF 25V radial
1x 220uF 16V radial
1x 100uF 16V radial
1x 47uF 16V radial
1x 10uF 25V radial
1x 4.7uF 25V radial
1x 2.2uF 50V radial
RF modulator (low profile radial caps): 220uF/10V, 10uF/16V

I use Panasonic FC series or FR series 105C capacitors for the radial caps and Vishay 85C axial capacitors.

The protection diode I used is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode P6KE 6.8A*:

I used 12% hydrogen peroxide cream and 12% liquid hydrogen peroxide for retrobrighting*.

The exact "grow light" I use is no longer available, but you are going to find many similar models. Mine has 300W (equivalent power) and a mix of blue and pink LEDs, claims to be full spectrum.
