2/3 c Heavy Whipping Cream

Strawberry Topping
1-1/2 c Strawberries Quartered
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 T Lemon Juice
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 T Cold Water
1 T Unsalted Butter
2-1/2 c Strawberries Quartered
